Deleting a user is just a few clicks, @tasigb2014.


Thanks for dropping by in the Community. I can provide instructions to make sure the user will be deleted in QuickBooks Online. 


Please know that removing a user is permanent. You can follow these steps below to do so:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Find the user you want to delete, then select the arrow icon in the Action column.
  4. Press Delete.
  5. In the confirmation window, select Delete again.
