I'll share some information about filtering customer reports by location in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @accounting-avion.
If you've turned on the location tracking feature in QBO, then you're able to track your customer transactions by location in your report. If you haven't already, here's how to turn it on:
Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
Click Advanced.
In the Categories section, select the Edit ✎ icon.
Turn on the Tracklocations and switch to track locations.
Thank you for sharing more details about your concern, accounting. I recognize you need to pull up the Customer report filtered by location range to the last quarter in QuickBooks Online.
Try to pull up a report for the Customer Contact List, and then filter the Rows/Columns, and choose the Billing state. This will allow QBO to show your customer under Florida. However, we're unable to sift the date range for the last quarter since this isn't a supported function in QBO.

Another workaround, you exporting a report to Microsoft Excel to allow you to modify the data on the report, such as sorting selected fields, reordering the fields, deleting fields, and Layout tabs to customize the report's output.
If you want to export your Customer list report to Excel, here's how to do that:
Click Reports.
In the Go to report field, type Customer Contact List.
Once done, click the Run report.
Click the Export icon beside the Gear icon in the report.
Select Export to Excel.
