How can I get my bank information off of this app?

We can disconnect the bank account to get the bank information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select the Banking tab at the top.
3. Choose the account you want to disconnect, and then click the Edit pencil icon.
4. Click the Edit account info.
5. In the Account window, check the box next to Disconnect this account on save.
6. Click Save and Close.

However, if you meant the billing information, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account securely and help delete your account. I'll guide you how:

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Click Talk to a human.
3. Type your concern.
4. Click I still need a human.
5. Select Contact Us.
6. Choose either Messaging or Callback.
