QuickBooks Online, you have the option to directly export your payroll transactions via IIF. You can manually import this file to your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac company. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBOP account.
2. Click the Gear icon, then choose Payroll Preferences.
3. Select the Edit icon in the Export section.
4. Choose QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, then Continue.
5. Click Done.

Once the file is downloaded, go to your QuickBooks for Mac and upload the payroll data. Please follow these steps:

1. From QuickBooks Mac, click File.
2. Choose Import, then From IIF Files.
3. Locate the IIF file and import it into QuickBooks Mac.
4. Follow the onscreen instruction to complete the process.
