Did you open a trial account and purchase a new blank one? You have to purchase the trial account to continue your works. You may able to migrate your data to a new QB Online account.

I'm not able to sign in to my Quickbooks Online account. Can you help me to recover the data from my QB free account to use in filing taxes using Turbotax Online?

Thanks for joining this post. Allow me to help you in signing in to your QuickBooks Online account.

You can simply reset the user ID or password if it's the reason why you can log in. From the sign-in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password. Enter your phone number or email address, select Continue, and follow the on-screen steps on how to recover your account.
