Tracking user activity in QuickBooks is just a breeze, @tdproperties. And I’m here to help you.
You can use the Audit Log feature to track all user activities. QuickBooks Online lets you view all the changes made in your company file, including logins and who made them.
Here’s how:
Click on the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
Go to the Filter options.
Select the appropriate User (Accountant's name), Date, or Events (Sign in/sign out) filter to narrow the results.
If you have any other questions or concerns besides tracking user activities, don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll be here. Have a great day, and always take care!
