How do I activate my business debit card using the app?

You can activate it in your QuickBooks Online account through the web browser. After you've signed in, just follow the steps given by my colleague Mark_R to activate it.

Once you're ready to use it, you can withdraw cash from any AllPoint ATM up to four times for free each month. After that, there's a $3.00 fee per withdrawal. However, there may be a fee if you'd like to withdraw cash from other ATMs.

To locate an AllPoint ATM:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks app from a mobile device.
2. Select Cash Flow from the menu.
3. Under the QuickBooks Cash balance, select View account,
4. Click on Manage, then Find ATM.

Your debit card is connected to your QuickBooks Checking account. To get it activated, you can simply go to your Banking services.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a web browser.
2. Go to Banking services, then select QuickBooks Checking.
3. Select Activate card from the Shortcut menu.
4. Create a PIN you'll use to make withdrawals.
5. Click Next.
6. Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
7. Click Confirm after.
