It's sad to see you go, but I'm here to help you in canceling your subscription. You can go to the Gear icon to close your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:
Open a web browser on your computer.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a master admin.
Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
Head to the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Follow the onscreen instruction to complete the process.
Once done, the primary contact will receive an email notification about the cancellation. Additionally, you'll still have read-only access to your data for a year before we permanently delete them. I'd recommend exporting the reports, lists, and forms that you might need in the future.
