I want to ensure this is resolved, however, I need a little more information about this. May I know which password do you want to update in QuickBooks?
If you're referring to the bank password, you can do that in the Banking page. Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu then find the account that is not updating.
Click on the pencil icon then select Edit sign-in info.
Input your log in credentials, then click Update.
If this is all about changing your QuickBooks Online password, use these steps:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online and click the Gear ⚙ icon.
Select User Profile from the list.
To change your password, select Security, then Edit.
