How do I get rid of the new popup that loads every single time I login in to QB online?

Hi there, Tommy. I understand how the new pop-up regarding the unified navigation interface can slow down your workflow, especially with the multi-step tutorial appearing every time you access your QuickBooks Online company.

Since this option is part of the program and pushes to provide users a walkthrough to adapt to changes in the program, I recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they can evaluate your suggestion and consider it for future program updates. These are steps:

1. Click the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Enter a brief description about the request to remove the pop-up.
3. Once done, click Next.

In the meantime, you can utilize a specific URL within the QuickBooks to bypass the pop-ups and go straight to your workflow. Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks and click through the popup one last time.
2. Navigate to a different screen you use frequently. For example the Banking tab or the Invoices list page.
3. Bookmark that specific URL in your browser.
4. Use this bookmark to log in. Landing on a functional page instead of the Welcome dashboard often bypasses the pop-up scripts.
