Thanks for posting here in the Community, dawgcitymke. Let me help you renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account so you can get back to your business.
In QBO subscriptions, the accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also set up Direct Debit. The card must have a US-based billing address. PayPal and Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfers are also acceptable forms of payment.
Please also keep in mind that you can only renew your subscription in the web version of QBO and not in a mobile app, so you'll need to sign in using a mobile/computer browser.
Importantly, you'll have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription to resubscribe. You can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency after resubscribing. Here's how:
Sign in to your QBO company.
Select Settings ⚙, then Subscriptions and billing.
For your company, select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
Click Subscribe. Then, sign out and sign in again.
Go back to the Gear icon and tap Subscriptions and billing.
Look at the Next Charge Date. Contact support if the date is in the past to avoid getting a back-billed charge.
Please get back to me if you have other questions about renewing your subscription in QBO. I'll be around to help. Wishing your business continued success.

On another note, all QuickBooks Desktop 2021 versions, security patches and updates, live technical supports, and other Intuit services integrated with the program will be discontinued after May 31, 2024.
