In the Billing & Subscriptionsection, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
Select Subscribe.
Once done, log out, then log in again and go back to the Billing & Subscriptionsection. Review the next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact Support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring. If not, you're good to go.
In the QuickBooks Online section, select Downgrade your plan. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
Follow the on-screen steps to downgrade your plan.
