Thanks for reaching out to the Community, southlandhvacser.
I'd be delighted to walk you through resubscribing to your account. As soon as you sign in to your account, you should be prompted to resubscribe. If you did not receive the message, let us follow the steps below:
For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and then enter your billing information.
Select Subscribe.
After this, sign out of your account, and then sign back in again. Check your next charge date in Subscriptions and Billing under Settings. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
Please don't hesitate to come back to this thread for more queries on reactivating accounts and other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be keeping an eye out. Have a good one, southlandhvacser.
This doesn't work for me. I've tried resubscribing 4 times and nothing happens.
All I have is a screen that at the top says:
Manage your data & subscription
It’s been over a year since your subscription ended, so your complimentary period to view your data in QuickBooks is over. You can view your data and pick up where you left off any time when you resubscribe below. Learn more
Please tell me how I can reactivate my account. All I want to do is find out my total mileage from 2025.
I appreciate the effort you took to follow the steps shared by my colleague in attempting to resubscribe your account.
Since your attempts to resubscribe haven’t worked after four tries, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team to further assist you with reactivating your account and retrieving your mileage records.
