I've got some steps on separating the username and password for your QBO and Turbo Tax account, @mpennellatore.

If you wish to unlink the two program credentials, you'll need to create another Intuit account. Let me show you how:

  1. Proceed to the Intuit accounts page.
  2. Choose the Create an account link.
  3. Enter your email address and phone number.
  4. Create a password.
  5. Lastly, click Create account.

For more information, you can also check out this article: Create an Intuit user account.

You might also need to cancel the subscription associated to the other profile. Then, signup for another account. Once everything is settled, login to your accounts with their designated login credentials.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our support team. They have tools to further guide you in separating the two accounts.
