How do I switch accountants? I am on the "Manage users" page but I can only Edit my new accountant (who I want to keep) but cant remove my old accountant.

Who is the Primary Admin? You or your old accountant?

Welcome to the Community! I'd be more than happy to help you remove your old accountant from your QuickBooks Online account. 

To remove your old accountant, you'll need to perform the steps below: 

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon (Settings) and choose Manage users.
3. Tap on the Accountants tab and locate the accountant you want to remove.
4. In the Action column, click Delete.
5. Press Delete.

With the information you gave, I'm thinking you've already tried these instructions and are not able to successfully delete your accountant? If so, are you the primary admin or is your old accountant? Note: Any screenshots that you have of your users and permissions will help us determine the best solution for this problem.
