When managing the roles of the users, it's crucial to know that only the administrator can delete, add, change, and assign a role to a user. Also, please know there's a limit when adding users to your company file. These usage limits will depend on your subscription.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right corner.
Under the Your Company column, click Manage Users.
Find or enter the name of the user in the search bar.
Under the Action column, press Edit.
Click the Roles dropdown, and select what you'd like to assign to the user.
You can press the View Less Permissions dropdown to see the information on what the user can and can't do.
