How do you change your business address on Q B Version 6.0 desktop

To change the business address on your QuickBooks Desktop invoices, update your central company information. This will automatically apply the new address to all future invoices and sales forms.

Follow these steps:

1. Look at the top menu bar and click on Company.
2. Select My Company from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the Edit button (represented by a pencil icon) located in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
4. Go to the Contact Information or Legal Information tab.
5. Update your business address fields.
6. Click OK to save your changes.
