How to add PO no. field into columns of customize report for custom transaction report.

I'll walk you through adding the P.O number column, pualkim.

 

In QuickBooks Desktop, we can customize the reports to show the information we need the way we want it. To accomplish the customize report, please follow the steps:

  1. From the Reports menu, select Report Center.
  2. Enter the type of transaction you want to customize in the search field.
  3. Click the Run report.
  4. Click the Customize Report.
  5. In the Columns field, enter P.O. #.
  6. Click OK.

We can now have the P.O # column added in our transaction report.
