How to cancel subscription?

I'm glad to share the steps on how to cancel a QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

You can cancel your QBO account from the Billing & Subscription page. From the cancellation date, the data will be available in read-only access for one year.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account, then go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click on Billing and subscription at the left pane.
4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
5. Choose Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
6. Follow the next steps.
7. Tap Submit and cancel subscription.
8. Hit Got it.

Once completed, you'll receive an email notification that confirms the cancellation process.
