how to connect a non bank account like One Pay?

Currently, connecting to non-bank accounts in QuickBooks is unavailable, Janice, as it is designed primarily for traditional financial institutions, such as banks and credit card providers.

As a workaround, we can manually import your transactions from your financial institution into QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your One Pay account and look for an option to download or export transactions in a compatible file format.
2. In your QuickBooks account, navigate to the Transactions menu.
3. Select the Add transactions dropdown, then click on Import transactions.
   
4. Choose the account to which you want to import your transactions.
5. Click Browse, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import.
