At the top of the report, select the Export icon and then choose the Export to Excel option.
Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or desktop. If you find that some data is missing when you open the report in Excel, it's likely in protected view. To see the complete report, you'll need to choose the Enable Editing option in Excel.
