How to talk to a customer service agent

If you prefer to contact our QuickBooks Online Live Support Team, here’s how:

1. From the Home page, click Help (question mark icon) in the top-right corner.
2. In the Assistant tab, type talk to an expert or Contact Us in the search bar.
3. Select Connect with an expert, or I still need an expert.
4. Click Make an appointment to schedule a callback at a time that works for you.
