Just wondering, if you can login to their workforce account but can't clock in, do you clock in via the app or the computer?
If you can login to the workforce account, the admin set a limitation to the access, and then ask the admin if you're authorized.
If you are unable to log in, please ask your administrator to send an invitation. And look for an email with the subject "Business Name" has invites you to view your pay stub online. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or let your employer know.
Once you receive the email, open it and then select "Create account" or "Sign in" to accept the invitation. After that, you can log in to your workforce.
