I am the owner of the business, and my QuickBooks account is under my name. However, I do not have access to “Manage Users” and I believe I am not set as the Primar

Hello, I am the owner of the business, and my QuickBooks account is under my name. However, I do not have access to “Manage Users” and I believe I am not set as the Primary Admin. I would like to request to become the Primary Admin of my account. Please let me know what documents or verification you need from me to complete this request. Thank you.

Please start by identifying the specific documents required for your business type and ownership. Once you’ve gathered everything listed in the Prerequisite and Complete the form sections of this guide: Request to be the primary admin or contact, you can then submit it.
