I am trying to change the company address from a US o a non-US based address. Any suggestions on how to do as there is no country location on the address input area?

Hi, kiesgirlsinpanama. When signing up for QuickBooks Online in the U.S. region, only U.S.-based addresses are accepted. To use a non-U.S. address, you’ll need to sign up for the international version or the one specific to your country.

 

You can select your country using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/. Then click See plans & pricing to start your subscription. You can use the same Intuit account. For more details, see this article: Create or add another company file.

 

Also, make sure to cancel the subscription you signed up for by mistake to avoid unexpected charges in the future. You can find the steps here: Change or cancel your QuickBooks Online or Intuit Enterprise Suite subscription.

 

Once you’ve signed up for the correct regional version, you’ll be able to update your company address to a non-U.S. address.
