I am unable to start my business until 2021 and would like to cancel my subscription

hi @marceandrews , thank you have posted in quickbooks community.

 

To cancel a paid subscription, follow this steps:

  1. Login to your QBSE account using this link https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the upper right hand.
  3. Select Billing Info in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Cancel now in the Cancel section.
  5. Enter a reason for cancelling.
  6. Click Cancel Subscription.
  7. Click Cancel subscription one more time.
