I auto-pay my QB subscription with a credit that you have on file. I want to change to a new card.

If you do not currently have the necessary permissions, I recommend reaching out to your account’s admin to request the appropriate access to update the payment information. However, if you're already the primary admin and you’re still unable to make this update, there may be other factors involved that are preventing changes from being made.
