Can not Upload Invoices

Importing invoices at once with sales taxes enabled won’t successfully upload the transactions, Iguevara.

Currently, the option to import invoices into QuickBooks Online with sales tax turned on isn’t available. This is why you’ve encountered errors when uploading these transactions to the program.

However, you have the option to temporarily turn off your sales taxes and try uploading the invoices again. Don’t worry, your historical sales tax data is saved and will remain visible on past transactions to keep your records accurate. To do this:

  1. In your QBO account, go to My Apps from the left menu panel and click the Sales Tax dropdown.
  2. Choose Sales  Tax Settings.
  3. Then, Turn off sales tax.

If you don’t want sales taxes turned off, you can explore our third-party app options that support importing invoices at once.

I’ll keep this thread available for any additional concerns.
