I cannot log into Intuit from quickbooks 2020 pro desktop. It just keeps spinning and never gets to the log in panel I cant enter my email and password to log in.

My same issue and workaround: I tried multiple methods of trying to fix this, including the QB Tool Hub with multiple attempts to resolve, nothing worked. My work around (though not as convenient) was to change PREFERENCES Send Form from Webmail to Use Outlook (I happen to have Outlook). I am now again able to email invoices. Intuit wants everyone to move to QB online; I think the Online version is HORRIBLE. I was forced to use it when I was a treasurer for a board I was on; I will never move to QB online. I would buy an updated license for Desktop - if they had one, but they do not. I used to have a lot of admiration towards Intuit for Quickbooks and Quicken, but the company's move to Online Quickbooks is not a solution I will ever move to. 

Having the exact same issue. Windows 10 computer, up to date as I can get it, no updates available in QB. Cannot "sign in" to the Intuit account and therefore can't email invioces THROUGH GOOGLE. 

I wish I had the resources to sue this company for breaking functionality that should be permanent.

They quoted me 1499.00 to have their "team" fix errors in program. That's robbery I can purchase new program and transfer company file for way less. I think they do this as a new revenue stream. The quick fix programs should be able to fix a program problem in short order, they make this way more complicated than it should be.

Unfortunately, according to EULA, we never owned the product. They simply granted us permission to use the product, and they reserve the right to change how it works at any time. You can still find used QB Desktop 2021 licenses on the market. One of my clients purchased one last month to upgrade from 2019.

Do you need to create a new company file or send your invoices by email?

Who are “they” who quoted you the $1499 price? I am not sure they are a legitimate support.
