Head to the Intuit Account Manager log-in page. Then, enter your User ID and password for QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Next, select the Sign in & security tab.
From there, check the Email Address section if this shows your new email address.
If you see that the email address is already updated and you still receive communications on the old email, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care team. This way, they can further investigate the root cause of the issue. Refer to these steps to contact them:
In your QBO account, select the Help button.
Then, go to the Assistant tab.
From there, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Changed the contact email but communications keep going to the old email address.
Next, type Talk to a human.
Then, choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
