I know the importance of having all the transactions in your books when reconnecting your bank account, yuriypan417. I can share some steps to resolve this, @yuriypan417

You may have noticed missing transactions since some banks only allow QuickBooks to download at least 90 days of transactions.

You can log in to your bank website and download CSV file format to add them. Then, manually import them to QBSE. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon, then select Imports.
  2. Click Import transactions
  3. Choose Browse and locate the file you download from your bank website.
  4. Hit Continue, then OK.

For more information, check out these articles below:

In addition, you can check this resource to ensure that your transaction is placed on the correct line of the Schedule C report: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Keep me posted if you have further questions about managing your bank transactions and other QBSE-related concerns. I'm always here to help.
