I need to cancel my account Im still waiting on a phone call its been over an hour

I can help you cancel your subscription while you wait for a call back. Follow these steps below.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. Go to the QuickBooks section and click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Click Got it.

When you've completed these steps, you'll receive an email that confirms we canceled your subscription. For additional information, check out this article: Cancel your subscription or trial.
