It's nice to have you here in the Community. I'm delighted to work with you in customizing a report that will show your credit card report with unreviewed transactions. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Accounting menu on the left panel, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Click the View register drop-down, then choose Run report. 
3. Select the Date in the Report period option.
4. Click the Customize button, then click the Filter drop-down.
5. Scroll down, then find the Cleared category and click the All drop-down.
6. Select Uncleared.
7. Click Run report. 

From there, you can see all transactions that aren't categorized/added to your books yet.
