I need to run a second custom date report for a profit and loss and I can't seem to run another one after I ran one for 2019 dates. Suggestions?

You can run the reports in QuickBooks Self-Employed anytime you want. We can perform some troubleshooting to fix the unusual behavior you encounter. 

Start by using an incognito window and pull up the report from there. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Also, you'll want to clear the cache cause block web pages from loading which results in issues. Additionally, make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser.
