Hi there, @mushtaqtrucking-. You can contact our Live Support team directly to request a refund if you accidentally paid for your subscription twice. Here’s how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. In the Search tab, scroll down and select Contact Us.
  3. Write a short description of your concern in the text box, then select Continue.
  4. Choose Appointment, Chat, or Callback. Be sure to check their support hours for availability.

On the other hand, if you have an incorrect beginning balance for accounts you've reconciled before, it may be caused by:

  • Editing, deleting, moving, or unreconciling an already reconciled transaction. This changes the ending balance of your last reconciliation, which impacts the beginning balance of the next one.
  • Manually reconciling a transaction, so it didn't show up on the next reconciliation.

To fix the issue, check out the guidelines in this article: Fix issues with your beginning balance for accounts you've reconciled before.

Should you have any other concerns, feel free to leave a message in the thread.
