Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to help you upgrade your subscription, allowing you to add a new user, Kingdom.

Before we proceed, could you please confirm the behaviour you’re experiencing? Are you receiving a specific error message? Any additional details you can provide will help me deliver the most accurate solution.

To start, let's clear your browser’s cache and cookies to remove any accumulated data that could be preventing web pages from loading correctly. I also recommend trying a different supported browser to ensure the best experience.

Once that's done, follow these steps to upgrade your subscription:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Subscriptions and Billing.
  3. Click Upgrade.

After successfully upgrading your subscription, you'll be able to add a new user. To do that, navigate to the Gear icon and select Manage users. From that page, you can select the Roles and send the invitation for them to be able to have access to your account.

Beyond adding users, you can also manage their roles and access settings. For detailed instructions, please refer to this article: Add and Manage Users.

If you need further assistance with user roles or access rights, consider partnering with our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team for tailored advice. They provide personalized support with tasks like adding, editing, and deleting users, managing roles and access rights, bookkeeping, and transaction management.
