We want to provide full transparency on why your checking account was not approved, yosef44400000.

When you applied for both QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Checking, you may have only been approved for Payments and not for the checking account. This can happen if your business is not eligible per Intuit's Acceptable Use Policy, which outlines prohibited activities and business types. Please review the policy details to understand it more.

QuickBooks Checking requires verifying the identities of both the individual and business applying for the account. We use the information from your application to confirm eligibility based on the individual, industries, businesses, and locations. If any restrictions arise during this review, we cannot approve the application. Please know this is solely due to legal and regulatory requirements we must adhere to as a financial services provider.

If you believe your application was declined in error, I encourage you to first double-check the information you submitted and apply again to ensure all details are accurate. I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments support team  to get more details on why your Checking account application was denied. They can provide the specific reason for the denial and outline the steps you need to take moving forward.

I'll be sharing these articles to help manage and use QuickBooks Checking:
