In QuickBooks Online (QBO), generating a report that shows the checks and deposits can be done through the Transaction List by Date.
Here's how:
Open your QBO company.
In the left navigation panel, look for Reports.
Search the Transaction List by Date in the Find report by name.
Click the Filter icon in the upper right corner.
Under the Filter tab, select filter by Check and Deposit.
Once everything's good, you can see the transactions you had for the previous months.
