Question

I was trying to cancel my subscription because I found out i didn't have to do a payroll at this time. I couldn't do it online. Please help

I knew where to go but it did not let me cancel. Please see attachment.

For the refund, I would be best to contact our specialist and help help you do something about it. Once you route the link, we can follow the steps above:

Click the Globe icon at the upper-right corner and select your region (US).
Select QuickBooks Online option and select Continue.
