In account and setting under contact info what is the "valid entry" for our website?

I can give you some tips on what information you can enter in the Website field, @paula-maricltd-c,

You may enter any web address in the Contact info section of your Company Settings. Just be mindful of using special characters, so you will not get the "Please enter a valid entry" alert.

If the box is highlighted in red, review the address and remove any special characters. The non-alphabetic or non-numeric characters you can use there are dots (.), underscore (_), common slash (/), and hyphens(-).
