Is anyone experiencing this: start up Quickbooks Online App for the Mac: the app starts loading, then quits to the desktop. Repeatedly?

Mac mini M2 Pro, Ventura 13.6.3. Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago.

There is no  Function key on my Mac keyboard, but Uninstall and Reinstall did the trick.

  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.
  3. Select Search, then click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your issue or concern and click Continue.

I am experiencing the same issue.  Quickbooks Go payments starts to load then stops loading and the app closes.

 

have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app.

 

Have tried going to settings to general to reinstall and nothing works.

 

is occurring on three different devices, an iPhone and two iPads
