Is there a report I can run to see the last time we paid a vendor? Rather than going in one by one?Thanks!

You can run the Transaction List by Vendor report. Then, sort it by descending order.

Here's how:

1. Click the Reports tab.
2. Enter and select Transaction List by Vendor.
3. Filter the Report period.
4. In the Sort drop-down, select Descending order.
5. Click Run report.
