Yes, you can opt out of these offers. Intuit is required to provide a way for you to manage how they contact you for marketing purposes, including QuickBooks Capital loan pre-approvals.

To start, here's how:

  1. Go to the Intuit Marketing Preferences Center.
  2. Log in with your QuickBooks credentials and you will see toggles for Email, Text Messages, Phone Calls, and Direct Mail.
  3. You'll want to go to Email and then enter your email address and country.
  4. Click Show Products and then go to the Select a product to manage preferences section. You'll see QuickBooks and you'll want to click on it.
  5. Choose the category that you want to unsubscribe and then click the Unsubscribe button.

You'll also want to visit the Direct Mail section and provide the necessary details. This is to ensure that there's no physical email that will be sent to your address.

Updating these preferences replaces constant solicitation with a focused workspace, ensuring Intuit's servers respect your business privacy. Also, note that physical mail cycles may take up to 30 days to stop, as many batches are printed in advance. Once updated, your workflow will no longer be interrupted by non-essential financial offers.
