We're pleased to see you here, Aminoletti. Let's work together to run a report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) showing all factored invoices.
Invoice factoring is a type of alternative financing in which you sell your unpaid invoices to a factoring company in exchange for cash upfront. To show all open invoices in QBO, we can run the Invoices and Received Payments. Here's how:
Go to Reports and search for Invoices and Received Payments.
Click Customize.
Select a date range in the Report period section.
In the Rows/Columns dropdown, click Change columns.
Check the boxes for Transaction Type, Amount, Open Balance, and A/R Paid.
Click Run report.
The invoices labeled Unpaid under the A/R Paid column are those outstanding invoices that are being factored in.
