I've checked our records here and found out an open investigation (INV-46617) about this issue. Rest assured, this has been raised to our banking engineers to know the root cause of this unexpected behavior.
For now, I suggest reaching our Customer Support Team so they can add your contact details to the list of affected users.

Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us at the bottom.
Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
Choose to Get a callback.
