Microsoft app store cannot find "qbks2" app....where else can I download this app so I can efile my 1099s from QuickBooks

You can open this website to begin the process: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/. Scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, and then click the Free Download button.
