Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your QuickBook Self-Employed account. Just to verify, did you recently switch your service or upgraded your QBSE subscription? This will help me sort out the problem.
If you're using the same account before and you're transactions are nowhere to be found, try logging in to a private browser. Issues like this in the online version or QuickBooks are affected by the data piled up in the cache.
Since a private window does not save web history, it is a good place to test for cache issues. Use the following keyboard shortcuts depending on your preferred browser:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Once a private window is launched, log in to your QBSE account and follow these steps to find your transactions:
Option 1: Transaction Page
Click Transactions from the navigation panel.
Tap the drop-down arrow on the third filter showing Last 12 months.
From the result options, select Last Year or choose Custom date to pick the period you want.
Option 2: Invoices page (For sales entries only)
Go to the Invoices menu.
From the Date drop-down, choose Last year.
The result will be displayed right after choosing the period you like.
Option 3: Profit and Loss Report
From the Reports menu, head to Profit and loss.
For the period, select Last year or use a Custom date before clicking View.
The data are itemized based on the income or expense types. Click the amount in blue link to get the transactions under that category.
I'd like to hear back from you about this, so I can assist you further if you need additional assistance. You can provide the details by clicking the Reply button below. Have a good one.
