I'll help you access reports in QuickBooks Online, dianedettra.

Setting up your accountant with limited standard access lets him work with the adjustments but not with the reports. You'll want to set up your accountant as a Company admin. This way, he'll be able to view any Financial reports in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Click Edit to change user types to Company Admin.
  4. Follow the prompt until your accountant is already set up correctly.

Here's an article so you'll know the user types outlined: User Types in QuickBooks Online.

You can also manage your login and password information to protect the confidentiality of your data. Please visit this article: Data And Security.

Post a comment if you have further questions. I'll always be around to help.
