I’ll walk you through some troubleshooting steps so your recent sales will show in the Commerce view in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @southpointesales.
First, verify that the date period is set to Last 30 days to make sure the recent transactions are included.
If the recent sales are still not updating, it's helpful to troubleshoot your browser to clear the outdated cache that interferes with the information display in the Commerce view. To do that, access your QBO in an incognito window by following the keyboard shortcuts I'll provide below:
