If you mean the missing Desktop View in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Desktop App, please know that this display option has been removed to give way to the new update, whose purpose is to improve usability and make sure it's an all-in-one integrated platform.
The same goes for QBO. The ability to go back to the old display is no longer available. But we want to reassure you that while the layout may look different, your essential workflows and data remain unchanged. You will continue to access and use the tools and information you rely on to manage your business smoothly.
